End User License Agreement (EULA)

  1. Introduction
    This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Gerren Productions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the use of the Melaninflicks mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.
  2. License Grant
    We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. Subscription and Payment Terms
    3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription
    The App offers subscription services that automatically renew unless you cancel them (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
    1. Monthly- $3.99
    2. Yearly- $39.99

3.2 Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The cost of the renewal will be the same as your initial subscription unless notified otherwise.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

  1. Free Trial and Cancellation
    If the App offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the free trial period expires. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. If you cancel, you will still have access to the subscription until the current period ends.

  2. Refund Policy
    All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription period unless required by applicable law.
    For issues regarding refunds or charges, please contact Apple Support, as all payments are processed through Apple’s payment system.

  3. Modifications to the App and Pricing
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice.
    We also reserve the right to change the pricing of our subscription plans. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to continue your subscription at the new price or cancel.

  4. User Obligations
    You agree not to use the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that violates this EULA or any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized use.

  5. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this EULA or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must delete or uninstall the App from your device.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gerren Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  7. Privacy
    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 

  8. Governing Law
    This EULA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.
